Consultation

When you have your consultation with our team, we’ll take the time to understand what is most important to you and your lifestyle and then incorporate that into your custom home design. With C&M Custom Homes, your dream home is possible.

Floorplan

You can work with our in-house design team to craft a home that perfectly suits you. You can choose to customize one of our many award- winning home designs, or you may bring your own ideas. If we don’t have exactly what you are looking for, we will design it for you. It’s what we do.

Selections

At C&M Custom Homes, we make the design process fun, easy, and worry-free. Our team will work closely with you every step of the way to provide an exceptional experience in making the

perfect choices for your new home. We challenge you to use your imagination and tell us all about your dream kitchen, high-tech rec room, or spa-like master retreat.

04.

Construction

Once we get all the necessary permits, construction on your C&M home will begin. During this time, we keep you up-to-date on the progress made with regular communication and photos. We are confident that you’ll be impressed with how quickly things move along as your new home begins to take shape.

05.

Walk-Through & Move-In

The finishing phase is one of the most exciting steps in the entire home-building process. You’ll see many of the selections you made come to life. Once your new home is complete - we’ll take you on a final walk-through. This is a room-by-room explanation of how your home operates and what you need to do to maintain it. Once we’ve answered all of your questions -- all that’s left is the closing paperwork. With keys in hand, you are the proud owner of a new C&M custom home!
